Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the website fabihastore.com (or your custom domain) and/or mobile application (the "Service") operated by Fabiha Store ("us", "we", or "our").

  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud).
  • Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include/exclude taxes as displayed.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or any other methods shown at checkout.
  • You are responsible for all charges, including shipping and any customs/duties (if applicable for international orders).

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times: Usually 2–7 business days within Pakistan (depending on location and courier).
  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, or incorrect address provided by you.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
  • For COD orders: Payment must be made upon delivery; failure to pay may result in order cancellation and return charges.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within [7–14 days – specify your policy] of delivery only if the product is unused, in original packaging, with tags intact, and due to a defect or wrong item sent.
  • No returns on sale/final sale items, undergarments, or personalized products unless defective.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the issue is our mistake (wrong/defective item).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via EasyPaisa/JazzCash within [7–10 business days] after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • For COD orders: Refunds will be via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

6. Product Information and Accuracy

  • We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting.
  • All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabiha Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or products.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
